This is not true here.
When I 
Press alt n it focuses it and reads it the way it should.  I also no it
is available because internet explorer makes a sound when some thing has
been blocked.

But, what I'm saying is that to actually use the information bar, you
can't 
just press alt n and expect it to just pop up.  Like I said, you have to

press alt n, and unfortunately, you don't hear anything when you do
this, 
but press the space bar, which will display a menu in which you can
select 
what you want to do.  this only works on sites that display the
information 
bar.  Sorry if my last email was unclear--it's not been a very 
clarity-filled day! :)  Mark
