Mark,
No, I see. So you don't have to wait for a notice. You can go to a Web page,
hope that they (I thought it was an IE Feature!) display an info bar, and
press alt n spacebar, and then I'll bet you can arrow or tab back and forth
to see what controls there are?
Don't worry about clarity. My clarity powers go on and off, too. Fluctuating
like a heat wave brown-out.

But, what I'm saying is that to actually use the information bar, you can't
just press alt n and expect it to just pop up. Like I said, you have to
press alt n, and unfortunately, you don't hear anything when you do this,
but press the space bar, which will display a menu in which you can select
what you want to do. this only works on sites that display the information
bar. Sorry if my last email was unclear--it's not been a very
clarity-filled day! :) Mark
