I want to write a script that reads complete names in oe?

Hi list members, i'd like to know how i can write a script that spells the
complete name of a person listed in the address book. How can i do this and
also can this script be modified to spell the highlighted information found in
the blocked senders list as well as the information in the msconfig windows? I
would appreciate any information that anyone has. Thank you.
