Hi Addison, the only way you can play DVD's on your computer is to either upgrade from an internal CD-ROM drive to an internal DVD-ROM drive, or buy an external DVD-ROM/DVD-RW drive. Once you've done that, you'll also need a player that can play DVD's. One such programme mentioned on either this list or another is called VLC Media Player, and it's free. If you do a google search for "VLC Media Player", including quotes, you should be able to find the website for the company that makes this programme and also allow you to download it.
