Subject: I am having a problem.

Someone had sent me a formula that I needed, Here is the problem
that is baffling my mind. he said 1/4 tbs of sugar, It gave me, April
first. he said 1/2 tea spoon of salt, I had February first.

What could I do to correct such a problem?

I await your reply.
