How to get JAWS not to say "visited"

Hi list!
This might sound like a odd question, but how can i get JAWS not to say
"visited link", only "link", allthough it is visited. Is this possible? I
couldn't find anything in the HTML options in the Configuration Manager. I use
JAWS 10.
