In the case of version 8.0, all the updates are installed in the same folder. If someone wants to go back to version 8.0.423, the safest way to do this is to uninstall the version of Jaws 8 currently on the system and then do a fresh install of version 8.0.423. That way, you don't run the risk of mixing files from the current version with previous versions. This potentially could cause problems.
