How to Remove Malware Doctor from a Computer?

Hello:
I have a client running Windows XP and JAWS 9.0. I'm not sure how this
happened, but she's getting message very frequently that say that she is
running the unregistered version of Malware Doctor. She wants Malware
Doctor removed from her computer as she has other Antivirus protection.
I had her go into the control panel, then to add/remove programs and we
searched for Malware doctor. It wasn't on the list of programs.
Anyone know how we can remove Malware Doctor?
