How do I add a program to my start menu?

Hi list,
I want to put Weather aloud on my start menu. I have the classic menu checked
in my start menu tab. I went to that tab, and to add button, and then, couldn't
figure out what to do. I am running Windows XP pro and Jaws 6.10. I have
weather aloud on the desktop but want it on the start menu. I used the
application key and couldn't find out how to move it there. So can someone tell
me how to accomplish this please? Thanks.
