Hot mail

I am sighted and trying to help a blind friend use JAWS 5.0 to access her
hotmail account.
We can get to the hot mail home page, press "f" for form and enter her
hotmail address and password. I then see that there are five incoming
messages and I could access them by clicking with my mouse. But I cannot
find a key stroke for my friend to get to her in box. And after getting
there, how can she open up each message and read it.
And how do I write a new message? Control N doesn't seem to do
anything? And we will be able to reply with Control R as in Outlook Express?
