Hot keys jaws 8, 9

Please forgive me for not paying enough attention to the many emails
concerning hot keys in jaws 8.
I caught the end of the thread. I never knew that you can create your own
hot key in jaws 8. Or was I wrong here?
If possible, can anyone show me how to do this? and, I am guessing if this
is available in jaws 8, it would be the same key to create hot key in jaws
9?
Now, I really hate to admit this, but one of you nice gents sent to the
list, a how to menu of sorts on how to create a filtering rule in outlook
express. boy, as much as this stings to admit, I lost that as well.
I am saving all the pertinent emails to my concerns, but can't imagine where
that one went?
now, I'd understand if your patience wore thin about this, but I sure would
appreciate it if the one who sent to the list the menu list of how to create
rule in outlook express, would you mind one more time?
Hey, I promise, and I've got my right hand in the air, to pay more attention
to threads and save the super duper important emails which I thought I was
doing.
