Awesome! so here is the big guy... Does anyone have any idea of how to get rid of the mile long line breaks either with jaws, word or Kurzweil? I would like to be able to arrow through the script with the up and down arrow keys with out always hearing "blank" after every one or two down strokes. I would like the words to be on different lines, but not 3 to 20 lines away from each other.

Ed, one small objection. I find OmniPage 17 quite fast, as well as simple,so long as you operate it via the applications key, as another lister indicates later on in this thread. I'm led to believe OmniPage 17 is alsomore accurate than other OCR applications. Brandon, This is nothing more than a series of pictures, one picture per page which has been saved with a PDF file extension. No idea why this one has been saved with a PDF file extension, but it's still a picture and therefore should have a file extension of .jpg. To make it accessible to a screen reader, you would need to use Optical Character Recognition to turn it into text. HTH.
