Help with scripting

Hi,
On my laptop computer, among other things I using a program called Mobile
Partner to connect to the Internet via the mobile network. Since the program
is very inaccessible with JAWS, I could not change my PIN code, access the
menu bar et cetera.
Therefore I will ask about help with scripting, so JAWS have access to the
user interface in the program.
Have members on this mailing list know of person there could make a script,
and can tell me how mutch it will cost?
Alternatively, I can tried to contact the company there developing Mobile
Partner and ask them for a accessible version.
Mobile Partner was pre-installed on my mobile device (Huawei E220).
