Sharon,
It's possible that the message is opening small and you aren't aware of
that. When a message opens small, this can happen. Try maximizing the open
message with the keystroke alt Space X(right ring finger for the right alt
key,index finger on the spacebar, fourth finger left hand for X, of
course)ting , a standard Windows keystroke for this purpose.
Now control home to make sure you're at the top of the open message, and try
the say all command again and see what happens. I used to be able to use
say all when the message was not opened full size, but it doesn't work well
in Jaws 6, just like what's happening with you.
