Hi,
I just went to webroot.com, downloaded Spy Sweeper and, right now, it's 
sweeping another computer running XP HE and Jaws 6.0 demo. I was unable to 
reconstruct your error message. I would recommend to return to that site, go to 
the downloads link near top of page, then locate Spy Sweeper link V3.5, size 
3.70 MB, save the file ssfsetup1_1789507512.exe to one of your folders, and run 
it. Select Custom installation and follow the screens, uncheck what you don't 
need, etc. If you have any active anti-virus and or ad-aware running, note and 
deal with any interfering messages during installation. Please make sure your 
account is not set to limited, try the above steps and see if it works.
