Help needed with IE8 RSS

Hi everyone,
A few of you suggested the builtin RSS reader in IE7 or IE8 for use with JAWS.
I don't normally use IE but Firefox has started crashing so much on my laptop
that I have reverted back to IE. I have figured out how to subscribe to feeds
with IE8 but now can't find where to actually read them. Supposedly, they are
in the Favorites but I sure can't find them there or anywhere else. I feel like
this must be something simple I am just overlooking. Any ideas?
