the reason your boys loved it was because it is for kids. I tried the
instant messenging because my nephew had it. It just makes noise and things
like that. I really think it is designed for kids to play with.

I had AOL for quite a while and I never could figure it out. I found it impossible to navigate and I was much happier after switching to MSN.
I tried to get help to learn to use it and I never did find anyone who was
willing to explain it to me. None of the keystrokes worked and the only way
I could do anything was to go in to the menu. I finally got rid of it, even
though my boys loved it. It was the biggest waste of money I ever spent.
