Hey Tracy,

Check if the "Indentation" is set to "Ignore".

1. open MS Office Word 2007.

2. Press CTRL+V to open Jaws Options Window.

3. Press "I" to go to "Indentations".

4. It should be set to "Ignore".

Hope this helps,

Zaheer Sheikh
