Help!

I have installed jaws eight, but can't get the realspeek voices to activate!
What am I doing wrong? I have some AT&T natural voices, and it sees them,
but not the real speak ones! Anyone know how to fix this?
TIA for any help. BTW, using XP home ed. with service pack two.
