Hi just uninstall the video driver and re install it. I've hade to do it
before.

I'm thinking that your only solution might involve editing the registry.
When I had similar problems with a DameWare Mirror driver that installed and
messed up my JAWS I got on the phone with Tech Support and with their
step-by-step instruction we removed any and all JAWS elements that had an
impact on the video chain. Then a reboot and re-install from scratch.
Sorry I have no steps to give you other than call FS in the morning, and
take two aspirin.

Hi all,
this is by far the most curious situation I've ever seen, but here goes:
Vista Home Premium didn't want to start up, bluescreen.
Fix with a Windows 7 RC DVD, and a clean upgrade of the operating system,
with JAWS 9.0 at that time, everything running smoothly. After the Upgrade,
JAWS 9.0 refused to start up correctly, complaining that the Freedom
Scientific Mirror Display Driver hadn't been installed properly, and that
restarting the system might solve the issue.
Restarting didn't do much of anything, so I uninstalled JAWS with shared
components, reinstalled JAWS, but this time 10.0.1154.
Still the same result.
No mouse emulation, no proper recognition of some parts of the screen. I
tried various combinations of uninstalling and reinstalling JAWS, going into
device manager and removing some driver remainders, installing a prior
display driver using a 9.0 built, and manually deleting
fs_something.dll-Files that were part of the bloody fantastic driver
architecture.
And now I am at a loss as to what to do next.
Is there a stand-alone version of the mirror driver somewhere, and what can
I do to fix this?
This is a laptop with 2 Gig Ram, 200 gig HD, card reader, intel graphics
chipset, a German brand with the German Version of Windows 7 RC, and the
corresponding German JAWS 10.0.
Any help would be really appreciated, since this Laptop is not mine, and is
used mainly for business purposes.
