Has anyone else got this problem!

Hi All,
Just been using the latest update of jaws and opened up a couple of
books that I had read formerly with previous version of jaws, that is
jaws451. Trying to up and down arrow is a real experience. Jaws50
takes about 30 seconds to catch up with the arrow keys and sometimes I
wait andI wait and I wait but nothing happens at all. It gets to the
point where you just have to try and shut down the documents with great
effort. What could be going on here??.
I have worked with all these books before without any problems.
