I use Image for windows and it works well, very accessible to do a backup.
To do a restore you need to set up a bootable CD or DVD, preferable DOS
based.  You can put a batch file on the boot disk and let Image for Dos
restore you Image of the hard drive, or install a hardware synth, I use an
accent, and use a dos screen reader.

I could not use the Acronis program; another JAWS user used a program called
Hot Spot Clicker to access it.
