GroupWise and Jaws

I'm new to the list serve so bare with me.  I support a blind employee
using Jaws 5.1.
He is having problems with reading very long emails with GroupWise
6.0.4 and Jaws 5.1.  Jaws will read the email until he has to scroll
down to read the rest of the email.  Then what he has to do is refresh
the screen one line at a time to finish reading the email message.
I have been researching this problem but have not found a resolution. 
Currently, if he changes the font to be much smaller it does help but
continues to be an issue.
