there is a graphic below the combo box with the word download as alt text.
It's some sort of funky javascript thing because even though you can bring
up a list of things to download, they will not download from that page
unless you use the jaws cursor to left click the button.

I'm unclear as to which link you can't click. I went to that page and I can
bring up a list of stuff to download.
Did you set your verbosity to read all graphics?

At the following page, the graphic link is impossible to find with jaws. If
I hit "g" to find the link, jaws finds it just fine. However, I can not
click on it. Hitting enter, rerouting nothing works. Go to the following
when page and give it a try. When you hit "g" to find graphics, stop at
"download." Hit insert f1 and jaws will tell you it can not click it.
