I suspect that GW Micro thinks that the increase in new users, who can't pay
for a screen reader in any other way, will offset the cost of the new
marketing program.  GW Micro has always complained that rehab agencies are
biased against their product, and they hope to market Window-Eyes to those
who can't get rehab to buy it for them, for whatever reason.
