I could only find one registry itemm, and from the way it was worded, it didn't sound like it removed entries. Even if I found this option, is it really safe to do so? Cher >>> smcmahon@xxxxxxxx 6/7/2004 2:18:01 PM >>> I'm assuming you checked the box for checking the registry there's a box to check using your up and down arro a couple of times over it should tell you checked or not. This is in the spybot-snd sub-menu under settings And you select select all available checks Now when you've scanned your system and found things to delete, registry items don't automatically come up checked like spyware does you have to hit the spacebar on these items in the list. Perform the normal deletion procedure Like you always do. There should be a comfirmation box for deleting the registry item say yes Then go to recover and select purge all backups. I think that is what it's called. -- To post a message to the list, send it to jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send a message to jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word unsubscribe in the subject line.
