hi guys,
This stuff has nothing to do with the laws governing copyright, which is
entirely different. And although these conflicts can lead to situations we
may think are amusing, the whole thing, and the way in which it's argued
legally, can be pretty interesting.

Well I can't say or use the explitive I really feel about this one. That's
possible, but you can't copyright a title. Well maybe in this case you can
copyright a name, but you copyright the whole name. So for purposes of a
bad
pun, you can't copyright freedom. If you could, you'd have all sorts of
crazy
things going on. Pella Window corperation could sue Microsoft for using the
word window in their software. And by the way isn't it "freedombox" and
"freedomscientific?" Seems to me that these are 2 verry different words
where
only the first part sounds alike in the main-streeme American dialect. So
copying the word freedom in this instance, is like saying windmill sounds
like
window.
Alright, done with my personal soapbox.
