Hi there are a number of options:
1. Depending on your version of windows microsoft security centre may
be available. This is outstanding.
It got off to a bad start but in recent versions it really is:
1. very secure
2. doesn't slow your system much at all.

2. You could also use avast and spy bot search and destroy.
Both v accessible and good both free.
