It's supposed to be alt+down arrow to drop the box down and then down arrow,
but this does not always work. I have not tried it, but some say that
control down arrow works.

Listers, I know I ought to know the answer to this, but I can't find it in
the IE documentation anywhere. My question is, what is the keystroke to use
with listboxes in IE so that the web page doesn't change when scrolling down
the list?
