While I am sure that's a wonderful service, the fact is that in many locales, phone information using the traditionall 411 number is free for a blind person if they just ask for it and send the requested proof of legal blindness. That's how it works for me here in Los Angeles.

I just paid $3.49 a piece for 2 DA (directory assistance) calls because I'm totally blind and my husband oftentimes cannot find numbers in the phone book because of his visual impairment. Wish I had had this info then!
Phone companies are charging us $1.00 or more for 411 / information calls.
When you need to use 411, simply dial 1 800 FREE 411 or 1 800 373 3411 without incurring a charge at all except for the minutes required to make the call if you are using a cell phone.
This is information people don't mind receiving, so please let others know.
Program this number into your CELL and start getting FREE information.
DO NOT DIAL 411 anymore.
This works for land lines and cell lines.
