You don't mention what program you use, but suppose it's MSWord. In 2003 I don't think you can add sizes to the dialogues or menues, but you can do the following: 1. Pressing ctrl+left bracket decreases the font with 1 point and ctrl+right bracket increases it by 1 point. 2. Press ctrl+shift+p and enter whatever size you want and press enter.
