Hi Angie, Press ALT plus f to go to File Menu and again press f and hit Enter to create new folder. You can give a name for your folder and hit Enter. The new folder is created now. After reading the message, if you want to move the particular message to a particular folder, pres ALT f to open the File Menu, press m to move the message and press the first letter of the folder and hit Enter. Now your message is moved to that particular folder.
