I'm glad to hear this because I kept thinking it was something to do
with my computer only!
I have to agree with your statements fully!
I wonder if any one even gives a crap about jaws any more at freedom
scientific.
I sent a note to software support and never even got a automated
response telling me my problem had been made note of.
Maybe the computers are out and something else is in!

I have been using Jaws for windows since it was first
introduced
(version 1xx with Windows 3.1) and I can honestly say I have had more
trouble and grief with version 5 than any other version!
I personally believe support, service & general customer
satisfaction
has really gone downhill since the advent of Freedom Scientific. A copy
of this message is being sent to Freedom Scientific so I an not
expressing my opinion behind their back.
