I got it playing quite nicely and at a good volume. I couldn't determine
where or how to work any controls. This may lead you to someone who can
help...

JAWS, I can't control the volume of the player, and I have to turn my

Your problem might be related to Microsoft's changes to the ActiveX
model on which Flash depends:
