hi
my temporary fix is something like this.
I leave sticky keys unchecked in the keyboard page under Accessibility in
the Control Panel. but that is not enough. then I tab once to sticky keys
setting button and hit spacebar to activate it. Again I uncheck the default
"use shortcut" which is checked. tab to ok and hit spacebar to execute it
and tab to another ok button to complete it.
it works fine thus far.
regards.
