Hello:
As of JAWS 4.0, you can fill out forms in Acrobat Reader exactly how you would 
on a web site.  In fact, the Acrobat Reader displays in the virtual viewer.  
Thus, you can even use quick navigation keys to move around forms.
If you think that MSAA might have been implemented into your document form, try 
pressing insert+tab on a form field.
