Incorrect!
There are programs that can be used without being installed on a computer.
In other words, they run independently of the system.
For example, if you delete files from a computer's system disk, usually
drive C: and you then install a new program to drive c:, you change the
drive image since you deleted the files. The end result is that the program
could be written to the area of the disk where the files you want to recover
existed, thus losing the reason for installing the program.
