File Name in MS Word

I'm not really certain whether this is a JFW or a Word 2003 question. Using
JAWS Key plus T, JFW will read the "title" of the document. Until a couple of
days ago, this worked great; however, for the past two days, the JAWS key plus
T command only reads "Microsoft Word." The title of the document is omitted.
The title of the document is, in fact, not displayed at the top of the window;
however, it does appear right below the tool bars and before the text of the
Word document.
I'm just not certain whether JAWS plus T is supposed to read the top line of
the window or whether it is supposed to pick up both the top line and the line
under the tool bars.
I'm running JAWS 11 and Word 2003 on an XT machine.
