  1. You can reset your sound card directive using the JAWS-Ctrl-S dialog. I do 
that when I connect my headset audio.

  2. Have you instructed JAWS to use your desired sound card as the default?

    Hello,

     

    We modified the jaws.ini file and it worked fine.  I had speech and 
everything.  After restarting my computer this morning, we were back to the 
same old thing.  I have to pick up the phone to hear Jaws.

     

    Any suggestions?
