Facebook chat and accessible app

Hi everyone,
I'm here again with another question.
Does anybody know if there is a good way to use the facebook chat?
I heard that if you'll open the popup window of the chat it should work
fine, actually I tried, it seems working better but when you are using it
with more than one user it'll be realy difficult to handle and it seems that
the screen reader will not read the page properly.
It there'll be an app that will handle the chat it'll be really great.
