Subject: outlook message rules

These instructions are on how to create a filter from an existing =
message in
your inbox. It also assumes you have first created the folder you wish =
to
move the messages to, for example jfw. This example will be for creating =
a
rule for the jaws@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Open a message from jaws@xxxxxxxxxxxx in the inbox.

Press alt a for the actions menu.

Press c for create rule.

The first thing will be what condition do you want to check.

You will be in a listview, "from jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx" Make sure it =
is
checked Press the space bar to check it.

Tab and you will hear rule description from jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Tab to the next button and hit enter.

It will want to know what you want to do with the messages.

You will be ina listview, check the first item which is move it to the =
inbox

with the space bar.

We will change it to the folder you really want in a second.

Tab and you will hear rule description from jaws-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Arrow down once and you will hear move it to the inbox folder.

Press enter to change the folder.

Pick the folder you want from the list of folders and tab to okay and =
hit
enter.

You will be back on the same dialog page.

Tab to the next button and hit enter.

This is the page for exceptions to the rule, if you don't have any, just =
tab
to next and hit enter.

It will ask for a name for the rule, type one in.

If you want to apply the rule, tab to the checkbox that says apply this =
rule
now to the messages in the inbox and check it with the space bar.

Tab to finish and hit enter.
