Why, oh why, must a nitpicky angle like this be flogged to death? I'd gladly skip messages with this subject line, but the fate of FS is important, which means getting stuck on these side roads going nowhere. It would be hard for a moderator to impose limitations because the angle is technically on-topic, so it's up to us to use some judgment to show respect for each other's time.

Rick, no one said on this list that the news had come from a company blog, not from an official statement or press release. I had to learn that from another mailing list. So you see why I wondered why all the doubt? Thanks.

I felt like it. I wanted to be sure anything I pass around is a fact and not a rumor.

Again, I'll ask why you did that? Did you suspect it was false information? If so, why? Thanks.

Hi Dennis,

It was posted to Wafra's site but they have since apparently pulled the press release for some reason.

It's interesting why none of this is on their site.

Well now that means I guess that if the key on your fs cabinit doesn't work, and the key card doesn't work they can send you free furnature and bed. It's pretty crazy what come companies own. However it probably still makes more sense then mergers of bankrupt airlines.
