Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

When I installed JAWS 7.0, I never really took the time to look at that
new feature. My bad, as my son's age group says. I can say that thanks
to you and Bobcat, I really learned something, and solved a problem
that's been bugging me, but apparently not enough to consult the experts
until today. Thanks a million.

Take care...
Dave Weddle

this was a new feature in JAWS 6.1. Here is the related information
from
JAWS help.
New Voice for Table Headers

In Microsoft Word and Excel, JAWS now reads row and column headers for
tables in a different voice. To change this voice, open the Set Options
menu
in Configuration
Manager and choose
Voice Aliases.
Select "HeaderVoice" and choose the Modify button.

Could it be the Speech and Sounds Manager and or Voice Aliases in Jaws
configuration manager for XL?
