Eudora, closing personalities

HI all,
I've just set up a couple of accounts for my uncle's internet based business
using Eudora 5.21, and there are times when I have to make some adjustments
in personalities. I've found that Eudora remembers the last item opened,
even after I close the program, and restart it later. There are times when,
I open Eudora, and jfw will not say, Eudora as it usually does. When this
occurs, I route Jaws to pc, and often find personalities close symbol. Is
there a quicker way to close this? There are times when, I begin a new
message, and fill in the subject, then write the message body. If
personalities is open, jfw will only read part of the subject, and message
body. I've made all chages, as suggested by the helpful hint at
www.accesstechnologyinstitute.com
One way I've found to close the address book, is to open the in box, control
