Hi,
I don't use eudora, but try this when you get the error press control +
insert + w. then select the error message and press control + c. then press
escape to close the virtual viewer.

Subject: Eudora 6 crashing

Does anybody else find that Eudora crashes while reading the mail?

I'm using the latest JFW, Win XP, and the latest Eudora in paid mode.

I usually open the first new message, then just hit delete to move to and
read the next message. Seemingly at random, Eudora crashes after a few
seconds of hard disk activity, with the message that it "encountered a
problem and needs to close."

I'd send this to the Eudora team if I could find a way to copy/paste the
error report details somewhere, but all I can do is close the window and
Eudora.

thanks,

Chris
