Establishing and maintaining a data base in Excel?

Hi Listers, do any of you know of any instruction regarding
Establishing and maintaining a data base in Excel, the Freedom Scientific
tutorial touches on the subject briefly, but I cant help but think there must
be more training, about using Excel as a data base, I am using Jaws 6.1 with
Win XP home and Excel 2002 , Your revelations will be greatly appreciated.
