hmmm... I have 7.1 currently installed on my laptop where I've seen no
problems with the escape key... haven't been brave enough to install it on
the desktop yet. wait and see if others can shed some light on this issue.

I installed jaws 7.1 on this computer a couple of days ago and since then,
the escape key has been very sluggish. I have rebooted a number of times and
also tried merging my settings but to no avail I have looked around the configuration manager but have not recognized anything there that I thought would help. Will appreciate any help..
