Boris:

1. Insert your CD or CDRW disk in your CD-ROM drive.
2. Once it is there, highlight your CD-ROM drive and press your application 
key, other known as Context key.  Usually, it is located at the left side of 
the right Control key on your keyboard.
3. Look for the "Erase Disk" and press enter once you found it.
4. Follow the wizard.
