Smart Link Corporation, based in Irvine, has an English to French CD
dictionary.  You can evaluate it for a month, and if you like it, you pay
for it.  It's $99.00.  It works with JAWS.  We have the English/Spanish

Lexibase Collins is the most complete and recently renewed version of the
famous Robert and Collins dictionary on CD-ROM with new, even more efficient
functions : full-text search, layout personalization, possibility to print.
The dictionary covers more than 480,000 translation in both languages. As a
complimentary feature, the dictionary includes English Thesaurus and English
definition dictionary.



      Overview
      Lexibase Collins provides a very good source of information both for
professionals and new learners. Most of the searched entries have examples
of usage and context. The dictionary includes a number of sophisticated
searches based on what you wish to find in the dictionary: alphabetical and
approximate search intended to find a misspelled word, full-text search
displaying all the phrases with a searched word, and a cross search. The
search can be modified to include/exclude context or examples of usage.
