I agree. I once was given the web address of a supposed company and I wrote to 
inquire about screen reader access with their software, and nobody ever 
responded to me. What's more, there wasn't even a phone number listed for them. 
In fact I think I recall reading something on their website that specifically 
said no phone calls please. The website is, if any of

  I think this company  is based in Florida or so the address on their web page 
indicates such.  Furthermore one has to be careful about these work from home 
jobs.  Many have turned out to be scams or do not deliver what they advertise.

    While I don't have an answer to your question, I wanted to just say that I 
find this very strange. Not too long ago, there was an article I read in the 
newspaper about this company. They are based in Arizona, and the article said 
that they cater to disabled workers. The man in the article was blind, and he 
worked for this company. I don't understand why you received that response.

      I don't think this is the right venue for my question/request but I'm

      I have been looking for a job and came across this company called Arise 
(, a home-based customer service type company. I haven't even 
finished the admissions process and they have already dismissed me.   The 
response I got was as follows:
